How do we ship?

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days from the shipping date
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days from the shipping date

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment. Free shipping for orders above a certain amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to track your shipment.

Self-pickup
Self-pickup is possible by prior arrangement only, after receiving notification that the order is ready.

Returns and Exchanges 🔄

Return Policy

We believe in the quality of our products, but if for any reason you were not satisfied with your purchase - we are here for you!

Conditions for Return

• Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt
• The product must be in new and unused condition
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The original purchase invoice must be included

Cannot be returned

• Customized product
• Used product
• Product that has been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as protective equipment)

3. We will send you instructions for returning the product

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it for free. Contact us and we will take care of it immediately!

Refund

After we receive and approve the product, the refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
